Are the urns personalized?

Yes! You choose the breed, pet, and style, plus the color you would like for your urn. Vault and Emblem series capsules have an engraving option.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every urn is custom-made with care. Urns will be typically ship within 5-1o business days.

How much ashes do the urns hold?

Capacity varies by style and size. Our Vaults and Emblem Series Capsules can hold pet's remains up to 100 lbs, while Capsule styles vary by breed. You can find dimensions in the specific urn's descriptions to have a better idea of size. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

How can I track my order?

After checkout, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order in real time.

Do you offer returns or a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Because each memorial is custom-made, refunds and replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to us.
