At Best Pets Forever™, each item is custom made with care to honor your beloved pet. Because our products are personalized and crafted to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
This includes the time required to carefully produce, inspect, and prepare your custom item for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier selected.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
Total estimated delivery time:
5–10 business days (processing) + 3–7 business days (shipping)
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
There is no minimum purchase required.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available.
Delivery times vary based on customs, destination country, and local carriers.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
